Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes! We offer delivery Tuesday - Saturday.
Q: What floral services do you offer?
A: We are a full-service floral shop and flower farm. We offer wedding + event floral, funeral + bereavement, everyday arrangements and bouquets, as well as monthly and seasonal flower subscriptions. Orders may be placed through our online store or by calling us at 519-245-0873.
Q: Do you have a retail location?
A: Yes! We are located in beautiful downtown Strathroy at 10 Front St. West (between Hamilton's Bakery + New and Unique).

Q: Where is the flower farm?
Our flower farm is just outside of Strathroy, ON, making our locally grown floral just about as local as it gets!

Q: Is the flower farm open for visitors?
A: No. The flower farms are working farms and not suited for the general public. We encourage you to enjoy our flowers by ordering through our website for delivery, or picking up flowers at our studio!

Q: What is the turnaround time for fresh flower arrangements?
A: Our arrangements are custom made. Orders made before 12pm (noon) during our open hours are eligible for same-day delivery and subject to floral availability in our coolers. Special orders should be placed several days in advance so that we can insure we have the palettes/blooms available for your order.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on non-perishables for 30 days after the date of sale. Flowers + vessels, live plants, and food items are non-refundable.
Q: What is the best process for keeping my bouquet or arrangement alive?

Q: What is the best process for keeping my bouquet or arrangement alive?
A: Flowers love fresh, clean water daily. Our arrangements are all made without the use of Oasis flower foam, so water can be easily refreshed. Bouquets are delivered with exposed stem bottoms, so we recommend giving your flowers a fresh cut every few days. Flowers should be kept away from direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
