How Should I Inquire About my Wedding Date?

How Does Seasonal Floral for my Wedding work?
We are a flower farm and freelance floral studio, so while we have the ability to offer imported flowers like roses, we prefer to use Ontario grown (and grown by us!) flowers in order to curate your vision for your big day.
Because we focus on local blooms, we prioritize weddings and events during our growing season. We often will work within a colour palette instead of using a specific list of flowers - this enables us to give you the freshest, seasonal blooms, while also avoiding the volatility of the global floral industry.
While we don't mind using globally grown roses as accents, we are unlikely to be the right fit if your vision includes all rose bouquets + baby's breath.
Our team works best with a colour palette and aesthetic/vibe - so if you're a bride who loves the idea of garden-inspired floral, you may be a great fit!
What Does Sustainable/Foam-Free Wedding Floral Mean?
It means that we create your wedding floral without the use of single use plastics or flower foam.
We believe that the environmental impact of the wedding industry is something we can work to fix - but that begins as a grassroots movement to remove floral foam from design. We will not do wedding installations or centrepiece arrangements that require the use of flower foam or single use plastics. We believe that all of nature is beautiful - and we aim to design with it and not against it.
Do You Need to be On-Site for the Wedding?
Depends on your needs! For insurance reasons, all at-venue wedding installations and backdrops MUST be done by our trained team of farmer-florists. Bouquets + table arrangements may be picked up by you, or delivered by us! Day-of labour is an added cost.
Do You Have a Booking Minimum?
However, we definitely encourage brides to have a budget in mind when dreaming up their vision. It's important to remember that flowers for a standard (10 person) wedding party may often cost close to $1400 for bouquets + boutonnières, and wedding installations and backdrops start at $600 + labour. It's generally encouraged that couples budget 15-20% of their total wedding budget for flowers.
Do You Offer DIY Wedding Packages?
Not at this time. However, you may be interested in purchasing "Buckets 'o' Blooms" for your big day.
These can be ordered through our shop a minimum of two (2) weeks before your wedding. These are a seasonal offering only, and you will receive flowers + foliage that we have blooming in our fields.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions. It may take us up to 2 weeks to respond to some inquiries.
