We are a flower farm and boutique floral shop, with 2.5 acres of beautiful locally grown cut flowers and the very best luxe blooms to curate your vision for your big day.
Our team works best with a colour palette and aesthetic/vibe - so if you're a couple who loves the idea of artful, garden-inspired floral, we may be a great fit for your vision!

Booking Your Wedding Florals
Inquiry + Consultation Process
We know each love story is unique; no two weddings are exactly the same. To that end, we want to meet with you to get to know your vision for your special day. This is a two part process:
1) The Inquiry - before booking your consultation, we ask that you fill in our inquiry form so that we have a general idea of your floral dreams (and your budget!), so that we can begin putting together an estimate for you. You will receive an initial email from us within 24-48 hours from time of inquiry to book an in-person consultation and to start the process of an initial estimate.
An outline of our current pricing is below.
2) The Initial Consultation - We will use the initial consultation to get to know you, your style, and the vision of your wedding to create a comprehensive estimate proposal for you. We will also go over any floral design or technical details needed to make your floral dreams come true.
We ask that clients come prepared with any additional photos for inspiration and a budget, so that expectations can be met with the estimate.
The Estimate + Booking Retainer
Once the estimate has been sent, your date will be held for three (3) weeks to make any edits before a retainer is required to secure our services if you feel we are the right fit for you. The booking retainer is 25% of the initial invoice to secure your date.
The Mood Board + Final Consultation
Once the retainer is received, we will begin working on a comprehensive floral design board for you. This will outline the design elements, special requests, and florals used for your wedding flowers. Final detail consultations will be scheduled 8-12 weeks before your wedding.

Rentals + Hardgoods
All 3"-4" and glass vessels (except bud vases) are included in pricing. Please discuss with us if you wish to purchase the additional vessels used for your wedding.
Rental fees will be absorbed into the arrangement's cost.
All rentals must be returned to Green Bee Floral Co in good condition within 4 days of the event/wedding. Damaged or non-returned items will be charged in full to the client.
