Flower Care + Refund/Replacement Policy + Delivery
For Bouquets:
Cut stems to the height of the vase. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from fresh fruit. Replace water daily for best vase life and remove spent blooms. Recutting blooms every few days will help the flowers take up fresh water.
For Arrangements:
Add water to the arrangement every 24-28 hours. Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and away from fresh fruit. When the arrangement has died back, recycle wire mechanics and re-use vessel for a potted plant.
**Flowers survive longest in room temperatures between 69F-75F. Warmer room temperatures will shorten the life of the flower arrangement.**
Refund/Replacement Policy
Refunds/Replacements of fresh florals are on a case by case basis.
If your flowers die within 24 hours of delivery, and above care directions have been followed, please contact us at shop@greenbeefloralco.ca with photos so that we can discern what the potential issue may have been and proceed accordingly. Refunds and replacements are at the discretion of Green Bee Floral Co.
Green Bee Floral Co is not responsible for damage due to unexpected weather during delivery.
Houseplants are NON-REFUNDABLE.
We do not tolerate verbal harassment or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or other clientele.
Delivery Policy
Deliveries leave our shop at 2pm daily. Recipients are called in late morning to inform of afternoon deliveries. If the call goes to voicemail, a message will be left to inform the recipient that the delivery is on its way. It is the sender's responsibility to insure the recipient will be home to gather their delivery within a reasonable window of delivery (before evening) on the day of delivery.
Flowers will be delivered contactless (left on porch or by door) if the recipient has been called and notified, and if the outdoor temperature is above 3 degrees celsius and below 25 degrees celsius. If recipients are not home during the attempted delivery and the temperature or weather is unsafe for florals to be left, the order will be brought back to our shop and the recipient will be required to contact us to arrange pickup or delivery.
