Celebrate the summer flower + gardening season with us!
Flower Fest is a fundraising event for Nick and Brittany's son, Joseph: proceeds from vendor fees will go towards a wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Time: 12pm-5pm
Event Location: 8594 Olde Drive, Strathroy
Booth Fee: $30 + hst
We are accepting handcrafted vendors ONLY. No MLMs, please.
This is a curated marketplace and we will do our best to accept a variety of vendors with little product overlap.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Load in time: 10am
All vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area by 11:30am. Vendors may not take displays down until 5pm.
Vendors are required to be kind and courteous to each other and patrons. We have a ZERO tolerance policy for hate speech and inappropriate behaviour.
Vendors are required to have a clean and appealing set-up with a canopy tent. Tents must be secured with sandbags or cinder blocks to insure the safety of those around them.
Vendors should have clear and consise signage for pricing and information.
We are not accepting food vendors who don't meet special event requirements under the Middlesex-London Health Unit. All food must be made in an inspected kitchen.
Vendors are required to have their own liability insurance. If accepted, details will be given on how to submit proof of insurance.
